DLux Cleaning LLC

All clients will need to put a card on file but may pay whichever you prefer. We have many options to
choose from. We accept cash, check Payable to DLux Cleaning LLC/Renee Lawrence or Carol Malbouef (Owners), Visa, Master Card, Discover, American
Express. You may also use the Venmo App (@DLuxcleaningLLC), or Cash App ($DLuxcleaningLLC).

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly on your client portal or call or text our office.
Cancellations of 48 hours (about 2 days) or less will be charged $50. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of the cost. Cancellations 4 hours or less will be charged 100% of the cost of the cleaning. Your service provider has a limited
number of time slots per week. Cancellations put him/her out of work for your time period and also leave us unable to fill your time slot at the last minute. If you have a cancellation upon the team’s arrival, we will be forced to charge 100% of the cost.There will be a $25 added fee for skipped cleanings. This is to account for the added time it will take to clean your home on our next visit regardless if you clean yourself in between. You are contracted to have your home cleaned a set amount of times per verbal or written agreement. By booking with DLux Cleaning LLC you are agreeing to these terms of service.

Please be sure we can enter your home, either by leaving a key, a code, or leaving a door open. If we arrive for a scheduled service to find we are unable to access your home, that is considered a cancellation & you will be charged 100% of the total service. A lock-out is considered a cancellation see cancellation policy for terms.

When jobs are scheduled by the hour it is a “House Cleaning Hour.” Imagine cleaning your home from top to bottom by yourself, and it takes you six hours. If the cleaning would take you six hours, this is the total “House Cleaning Hour” for the cleaning of your home. With our cleaning teams of two or three, this shortens the house cleaning hours in your home.
For example: If it takes you six hours to clean your home, it will take a team of two-three house cleaning hours, a team of three-two house cleaning hours. All our services are billed hourly either by a set hourly schedule or a set amount given at time of estimate. If the service takes more or less than the allotted time you will be billed accordingly. Refunds are not given. If something is missed during original cleaning we are more than happy to return as soon as possible to rectify the issue.

We use industry standard equipment and eco-friendly cleaning chemicals that will ensure your home is cleaned to your satisfaction. Bleach and/or Tilex may be used inside toilets and in shower areas to remove any mold or mildew build-up. If you prefer a total green cleaning, we use “Method” products and cannot guarantee removal of all mold and mildew using products without bleach and mildew remover.

We provide all supplies and necessary equipment. Please leave us ample room to be able to clean
countertops, furniture, and floors by picking up excessive items (i.e., clothing, toys, personal care, etc.).
We ask this to ensure that your home is thoroughly cleaned in the time that is allotted. If we run out of time for any reason, we will reschedule the rest of the cleaning for the next available day with the
possibility of an extra charge depending on the time agreed upon. We schedule your service with a set amount of time for that day, leaving time for other clients afterwards. Therefore, we may need to leave before the entire home is cleaned. This is a rare occurrence, but it is a possibility. We will do our best to finish the same day. Once service is complete ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds & No exceptions. Unfortunately our services are not an item sold that can be returned. If you are not satisfied with our service we will return as soon as possible at your convenience to clean any missed areas.

Please be advised we do not dust the fronts of flat screen tv’s to avoid scratching. If we see a potential breakage happening, we will avoid cleaning areas or things that could potentially break. (ex. China, and items that cannot be replaced).
